PAMPA Financial Trust Distribution
On 04/06/2022 the annual distribution was made to the Holders of the Certificates of Participation.
On 04/06/2022, the annual distribution was made to the Holders of the Participation Certificates of the Net Distributable Funds of the PAMPA Financial Trust, for an amount of US$5,500,000.
Participation Certificates are Variable Income Securities, which grant their holder the right to participate in the results and remainder of the Trust. In this case, the payments to the holders of the Participation Certificates are associated with the cash flows that the Trust receives from the sale of energy from the PAMPA wind farm.
AFISA Republic acts as Trustee of the Trust and UTE as Manager.
