Opening of bids for the construction, assembly and start-up of a turnkey plant for the classification of recyclable materials.
Within the framework of the Capital I Fund Financial Trust, on Friday, April 17, the offices of República AFISA opened bids for the execution of the work "Executive project, construction, assembly and start-up of a plant turnkey for the classification of recyclable materials with infrastructure and operational design capacity for 100 tons / day and its complementary civil works ”.
In attention to the measures provided by the National Government for COVID 19 and in order to minimize interpersonal contacts, the opening was carried out with essential face-to-face assistance, necessary safety implements (mask, alcohol gel, etc.) and respecting the distances required by State health services and using technological tools for online monitoring.
Offers were received from the companies BILPA S.A., CIEMSA, ESPINA OBRAS HIDRAULICAS S.A, SERVIAM S.A, STILER S.A. and TEYMA URUGUAY S.A. Said offers will be evaluated by the Committee appointed for that purpose.
The purpose of the Trust is the financing and development of certain works in the Department of Montevideo, for a maximum amount of UI 940 million.
In order to fulfill this purpose, the Trustee issues Debt Securities of public offering and carries out the necessary contracts for the works to be carried out, all in accordance with the provisions of the contract.
Republica AFISA acts as Trustee of the Trust and the Municipality of Montevideo as Settlor.
