CAF I Trust Distribution
On 01/10/2022, the quarterly distribution was made to the Participation Certificate Holders.
On 01/10/2022, the quarterly distribution was made to the Holders of the Participation Certificates of the Net Distributable Funds of the Financial Trust Debt fund for infrastructure in Uruguay CAF I, for an amount of $ 258.9 million.
The Certificates of Participation are variable income Securities, which grant their holder the right to participate in the results and remnants of the Trust. In this case, the payments to the holders of the Certificates of Participation are associated with the cash flows that the Trust receives for the investment in Debt in the different infrastructure projects.
Republica AFISA acts as Trustee of the Trust and CAF-AM Administradora de Activos Uruguay S.A as Manager.
