INTERAGROVIAL S.A. as Trustor and República AFISA as Trustee constituted the “Interagrovial Financial Trust”.

INTERAGROVIAL S.A.  is a company that commercializes JOHN DEERE agricultural machinery and intends to offer its customers long-term financing for the acquisition of its products. To this end, the Trustor considers securitizing, through the financial trust, the credits granted to clients that meet the eligibility criteria pre-established in the contract.
