ARIAS Financial Trust Distribution
On 12/5/2022, the semi-annual distribution was made to the Holders of the Participation Certificates.
On 12/5/2022, the semi-annual distribution was made to the Holders of the Participation Certificates of the Net Distributable Funds of the ARIAS Financial Trust, for an amount of US$ 1,450,000.
The Participation Certificates are Variable Income Securities, which grant their holder the right to participate in the results and remainder of the Trust. In this case, the payments to the holders of the Participation Certificates are associated with the cash flows that the Trust receives from the sale of energy from the ARIAS wind farm.
Republica AFISA acts as Trustee of the Trust and UTE as Manager.
