Trusts with Collective Healthcare Institutions
These trusts are framed within the respective Restructuring Plans approved by the MSP (Ministry of Public Health), and MEF (Ministry of Economy and Finance), for Collective Healthcare Institutions.
Trust property is compiled by the corresponding credit returns from FONASA (National Health Fund), according to the established terms and conditions.
Backed by the trust property, República AFISA issues debt securities, which are amortized over each trust duration period. Funds obtained by these issues are destined to comply with the planned Restructuring Plans.

IAMC Guarantee Fund Financial Trust
The purpose of the trust is to issue guarantees against the trust property to support the repayment of financing obtained by the IAMCs (Collective Healthcare Institutions), within their respective Restructuring Plans approved by the MSP (Ministry of Public Health) and the MEF (Ministry of Economy and Finance), as well as keeping, safeguarding, preserving and executing collateral securities or other kind of securities, to warrant the reimbursement of payments that the IAMC Guarantee Fund must eventually comply with.
